The banners are structured on fiberglass tubing in a sleeve around the edge. The edge is re-inforced and fits into an iron channel designed to install in the arches of the historic courthouse. The installation does not harm the old architecture. The banners are backlighted and install for the Christmas Holiday at the County Courthouse, Alamosa, Colorado, USA.
